Chief Marketing and Digital Officer
Amelie Oudéa-Castera has been appointed Group Marketing and Digital Officer as of 1st July. In her new role, Amélie is in charge of digital, marketing, brand and customer experience.
She was previously the Deputy Head of the Retail Business as well as, since 2011, the Head of Marketing & Digital at AXA France.
Amélie started her career at AXA as the Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEO (2008-2009) and Head of Group strategic planning (2009-2010).
She graduated from Sciences Po and ESSEC before her admission at the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA – 2002-2004).
She also has a Master degree in Law from “La Sorbonne” University.
Before embracing the academic course, Amélie was one of the top world junior tennis players.
World champion under 14 and two-time National Champion (under 14 & under 16),
she reached the semi-finals of 3 Junior grand slams (Roland Garros, Wimbledon and US Open).
