Digitization of insurance distribution
Insurance distribution is being heavily transformed by digitization. Customer journeys are increasingly digitized with internet touchpoints gaining ground at each step of the customer relation chain (information, quotation, underwriting, servicing). Digitization of insurance products and services (IoT based insurance, customized offering,…) is becoming a reality. Customer data is increasingly leveraged to improve insurers performance in terms of customer acquisition, cross-sell and retention.
This Think Tank is intended to give a view on insurers current distribution digital maturity, their 2020 digital target and the digital transformation initiatives they could implement. It focuses on insurance for individuals in P&C, Health and Life savings.
